SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Hillside Landscape Maintenance — including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service notifications, alerts, invoices, and account-related information. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice, and we are not responsible for messages not delivered due to carrier limitations. Services and Estimates

Estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if conditions, scope, or property access differ from what was described. Work is performed according to the agreed scope and schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment and Late Fees

Invoices are due according to the terms stated on each invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee as described in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to pause or suspend service on accounts with overdue balances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hillside Landscape Maintenance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or messaging program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

Changes to These Terms
