This is mowing service. What’s included:

- Bi-weekly edging
- Bagging and removal of all clippings
That’s the full list. No bed work, no fertilizer, no moss control, no shrub pruning. Good fit for someone who handles the rest of their yard themselves and just doesn’t want to deal with the mowing.

Full Service Care — starts at $250 a month (or $200/mo for properties without a lawn)
This is what most of our maintenance customers are on. It includes everything we do, all year:

What’s not included in Full Service
Three things to know upfront, because companies that don’t tell you this leave you frustrated later:
- Garden boxes with fruit or vegetables aren’t included (we’ll mow around them but we don’t manage the produce side).
- Storm debris isn’t part of regular service — if a wind event drops branches across your yard, that’s a separate call.
- Tree trimming isn’t included. Anything you can reach from the ground with normal pruning tools is fine; actual tree work is a different trade.
Full Service runs on a 12-month agreement, signed after an estimator walks the property. That keeps pricing predictable on both ends.
